Everything made to order
There is no freezer to hide behind here. When you order, we start cooking. The kitchen is open, so you can watch your food come together. It takes a few extra minutes during a rush, and that is the point. Fresh tastes different, and our regulars know it.
Spices ground in house
The depth in our curries and biryani comes from grinding our own spice blends rather than scooping them from a jar. It is more work, but it is the difference between food that tastes fine and food that tastes like home.
100% halal, and a new home
We are 100% Halal certified, and that has never been negotiable for us. In 2019 Bergen Magazine named us a winner, which still means a lot. We recently moved to a nicer storefront just down the street on E Prospect, with more room to cook for you. Same kitchen, same family, same food.
