How our catering works
- Everything is made to order from our open kitchen. Nothing frozen, spices ground in house.
- 100% halal, with plenty of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options so the whole table is covered.
- Crowd favorites travel well: the biryanis, butter chicken, tikka masala, the Indo-Chinese dishes, and trays of naan.
- Please give us a little lead time on larger orders so we can cook everything the way it should be.
